Thank you for shopping with axpaki. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing times, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking information, and international shipping requirements.

1. Shipping and Delivery

axpaki offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Shipping availability, delivery methods, and any applicable charges may vary depending on the destination, package weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping service.

The available shipping options and final shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. No payment is required to review the available shipping methods.

We ship to most locations supported by our logistics partners. However, we may be unable to deliver to:

• P.O. boxes;

• APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses;

• Restricted or sanctioned locations;

• Remote areas not supported by our shipping carriers; or

• Other locations where delivery is prohibited or unavailable.

If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after your order is placed.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, are generally processed and shipped within two business days after payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may be affected by:

• Payment authorization;

• Fraud prevention or security verification;

• Product availability;

• Address verification;

• Shipping restrictions;

• Peak shopping periods; or

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been successfully submitted.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

3. Domestic Deliveries

The following delivery options may be available for eligible orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible domestic orders. Delivery generally takes approximately five business days after the order has been shipped.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for an additional charge of $4.00. Delivery generally takes approximately three business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Please provide a complete delivery address and a valid telephone number during checkout. The shipping carrier may use your telephone number to contact you regarding delivery issues.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or provide pickup instructions. Additional redelivery charges may apply depending on the carrier.

4. International Deliveries

International delivery availability and shipping charges depend on the destination and the services offered by our logistics partners.

International shipping fees, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, carrier service, customs processing, local postal services, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once an international order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and include your order number.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs

Customers receiving international orders are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customs requirements and fees vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.

axpaki is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages that cannot be delivered because the recipient refuses to pay applicable customs charges.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, public holidays, peak shopping periods, address problems, transportation restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if your shipment is significantly delayed.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned, redirected, or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

9. Payment Methods

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

• PayPal; and

• Other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

We do not accept payments by ATM transfer or direct interbank transfer unless expressly stated at checkout.
